Migrants spend night outside their camp in protest
About 60 immigrants staying in the Las Raices camp, in La Laguna (Tenerife), have spent the night on mattresses outside the center to protest the poor conditions of the center and the refusal to let them travel and continue their migratory transit to the Peninsula. The group has slept right in front of the camp, in the vicinity of the eucalyptus forest.
At the rally, the migrants carried banners that read "We are non-criminal immigrants. Freedom" and "Seeking to earn a living has become a crime. Not Morocco."
