Objects found in search for missing girls

The objects found this week by the vessel Ángeles Alvariño, which searches the coast of Tenerife for the girls and their father who disappeared on April 27, have indicated that what was found was a bottle of compressed air and a duvet cover, objects that belong to the father and that will be transferred to the Criminalistics Service of the Guardia Civil in Madrid to analyse. Given these findings, the ship, which has sonar and an underwater robot, works non-stop during the day and night and, since it joined the search, it has covered an area of about ten square miles (34 Km2). The area was chosen based on the geo positioning of Tomás Antonio GC’s mobile on the night of April 27, when he put to sea twice and set sail alone, without the company of his daughters.
