Titsa increases frequency of several lines to adapt to demand
The President of Titsa, indicates that measure, which will be implemented from today to adjust routes that require an the increase due to demand by clients.
Services will be reinforced on several lines in the south and north, as well as in Santa Cruz and La Laguna.
Titsa will adjust its range of services to winter demand from next Monday, 13 September, to adapt to the start of school and work activities.
With the new timetable, lines 014 and 015, which connect Santa Cruz and La Laguna, will have more frequencies during peak hours on working days.
In addition, there will be more buses on routes in the south to cover school arrivals and departures. So, there will be reinforcements on the lines connecting with IES Galeón (417, 447, 471, 473), IES Los Cristianos (418, 424, 447, 471, 473, 483), IES Adeje (417, 447, 471,473), IES Granadilla (35, 408, 410, 412, 416, 419, 430, 463, 484), IES Guía de Isora (492), IES Las Galletas (470, 486), IES El Médano (411, 470), IES San Miguel (484, 486) and IES Tamaimo (461, 462).
The 050 (La Laguna-Tegueste-Bajamar-Punta del Hidalgo) reduces services and eliminates the last trip on weekdays, but maintains the beach services on weekends until October. These services will also remain until the same month on the 110 (Santa Cruz-Costa Adeje interchange) and 138 (Santa Cruz-Radazul-Tabaiba interchange).
Route 122 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife-Las Caletillas-Candelaria interchange) will also change to winter timetables.
Likewise, route 108, which connects the Los Realejos interchange with the interchange in the capital, adds journeys in the morning from La Orotava and at midday from Santa Cruz.
The Teno (369) and Masca (355) lines will also be extended until October.
Changes in urban services
With the new timetable, on the Santa Cruz urban service, the frequency is increased at peak times on lines 934 (interchange-Taco-Santa María del Mar-Añaza-interchange) and 905 (North Quay-Ofra).
