Two people injured after rockslide in Almáciga
Two people have been injured after the rockslide on the Almáciga road, in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Health resources, Local Police, Civil Protection, Civil Guard and road maintenance operators have been activated.
The circulation of the Taganana road has been cut off, at the height of the TF-12, allowing passage only to the neighbours of the area.
The health personnel of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) have valued the victims of this incident and, according to the Coordinating Emergency and Security Centre (Cecoes) 112, their status is "mild".
The road that has been cut to traffic is the responsibility of the Cabildo de Tenerife, so to the place have moved civil guard agents to secure the area until the technicians of the Island Corporation analyze the state in which the hillside is located and issue a report on the actions to be carried out in case it is not safe for the reopening of traffic.
